You can request a return or exchange if:

✔ You received the wrong product or missing items
✔ Product is unused, unopened & in original packaging
✔ Request is made within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened/used:

Personal Care & Skincare
Perfumes & Deodorants
Clearance / Sale items
Accessories with hygiene concerns (e.g., earrings)
If these items are sealed and in original condition, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.*
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video
To approve any product damage or wrong item complaint:
Customer must share a clear unboxing video
— starting from parcel package (before opening)
— showing full product clearly
— within 24 hours of receiving the order
No refund/replacement will be processed without video proof.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Exchange allowed for size issues in footwear & handbags (if unused and in resaleable condition):
Request within 2 days
Customer pays return shipping charges
Replacement sent after inspection
💵 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
Product is damaged on delivery
Wrong item delivered
Replacement not available
Refunds will be processed to:
UPI / Bank Account / Store Wallet
Within 3-7 business day after approval
COD shipping charges & service fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Cancellation not accepted after dispatch
For prepaid orders, refund will be issued within 3–7 business days

Returned products must be:
✔ Unused
✔ Undamaged
✔ Original tags & packaging intact
If the product fails inspection, no refund or replacement will be issued.
