  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported for return within the return window.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To process claims for damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items, customers MUST submit a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening their package. Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.
