Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver products all over India, including major cities, small towns and villages.

Local delivery may also be available depending on your location.

Order Processing Time

 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

*Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 In case of stock unavailability, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Charges

Free Delivery*on orders above a certain amount RS499  (as per current offer).

For orders below the free shipping limit, a minimal courier charge will apply based on location and weight of the package.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

 COD is available for selected locations in India.

Additional COD charges may apply depending on the courier partner.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp / Email.

Customers can track their shipment status on the courier website.

Packaging & Handling

 All products are packed safely to avoid damage during transit.

Fragile items (cosmetics, glass containers, etc.) are protected with bubble wrap.

 Delivery / Wrong Address

If the shipment returns due to incorrect address, non-availability of customer, or refusal, the customer must pay extra shipping charges for re-delivery.

Transit Damage / Issues

If your product arrives damaged:

1. Record an **unboxing video before opening the package

2. Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery

3. We will arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return Policy

Change of Address

Changes in delivery address must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
